We only ship chicks Monday and Tuesday to ensure they make it to their destination safe and sound before the weekend. Your chicks will be delivered to the post office. From there the post office should call to let you know they have arrived and are ready for pick up. If you receive your chicks and any are deceased upon arrival (pictures please) we will refund you that chicks amount. We only guarantee the chicks 48 hours upon arrival to the post office. If you do not pick up the chicks before closing or the weekend there's a strong probability they will not survive. At the time we will not give a refund for your neglect.
